Smoked Salmon

Hey we made this video this past summer when we were dip netting for salmon on the Kenai River in Alaska. We tried cold smoking some of our fish and they turned out great. Very nice mild smoke flavor. Really looked good too. Let me know if you have any questions. This was my first attempt at cold smoking anything but we'll definitely get after it more often.

One comment: the fish in the video is not cold smoked.
