I was thinking about pounding out chic breast, wrapping some prosciutto inside the chic breast with some fresh basil (and probably some hot pepps for the hubby), rolling it up, wrapping bacon around the outside and securing with a tooth pick, smoking them until they're done, then make a cheese sauce out of a gruyere or swiss type of cheese. Has anyone ever tried this???

I haven't tried it, but it does sound great. If I were to do a recipe like that, I'd add some smoked ham inside.

Please let us know how it turns out.

I haven't tried that yet Shell but it sounds awsome!
