Smoked Burgers - Wow

    Here's some smoked burgers that I did today; Oct 17th.  We had a little get-together for my sons bday.

    Smoked burgers:

    3.5 pound burger

    1 pound sausage

    2 Tbs Magic Rub

    1 cup dried bread crumbs

    chopped bacon

    2 eggs

    shredded swiss, colby jack and mozzarello cheeses

    Smoked with Wild Cherry while playin that funky music; just a little pun thrown in...

    Sounds and looks real good, I like hamburgers!  Sometimes simple is soo good!

    They look great! I've never tried smoking burgers. I've always grilled 'em. What temp do you smoke at? What IT do you aim for?

    Smoked them around 250. It takes bout an hour for them to reach 160.

    Meateater, while I was reading that awesome improve of yours, I was trying real hard not to put my voice in there to sing it. LOL

    Thanx everyone for the great replies. My dad said it again, "Regular burgers just won't be the same after eating these."
