I made a batch of bierocks this weekend and wanted to compare bierocks smoked in the Memphis Pro and bierocks smoked in the drum. ( I was bored. :) )
made my dough
made my burger, onion, garlic, cabbage filling...
brushed the tops with butter..
Put half in the Pro at 325F with hickory...
Put half in the drum at 325F with hickory...
Pro bierocks...
Drum bierocks...
The drum bierocks had a crispier bottom... the Pro bierocks showed more brown on top due to the convection feature.
Both tasted great with a cold beer.
