Smoked, as in made a cloud of smoke with my flintlock black powder rifle.
You touch it off, then try to fan the smoke away so you can see if you connected or not while exclaiming "Did i get 'im?!?!":D

Sure gonna be some good eating this winter!

The rifle is a .50 caliber Lancaster County, Pennsylvania long rifle a la Dan'l Boone style

Thanks guys! I figured there surely were a few black powder enthusiasts on here besides me. Gonna see if I can get at least one more with it. Our muzzleloader season doesn't open until just before Christmas, but the weather is usually too cold for these old bones, so I opted to use this instead of my center fire during our fall firearms season currently open
