Fired up my smoker last night and smoked a Boston Butt and Beef Brisket. I injected the brisket and put on rub Friday Night. It was a 8lb brisket. Smoked for 7 hours over Hickory chunks. Rested an hour then cut into strips. Tasty meal with the family today. Here's a few pics.

Mmmmmm Mmmmmm, That looks good, I would like to have some of that for left overs...... Crispy bark on a good bun.... Point.

What temp did you smoke this at that you got it done in 7 hours?
 
Thanks! Can't believe it was done that quick. Usually takes about 12-14 hours?
