Built some rack shelves , seven in total . Drilled hole for probe thermometer and made shelve to hold thermometer . Install 3" dial thermo in door for box temp . I also install floor register vent in upper side wall to vent some heat .

Rack are 16 x 24 and bought them from local restaurant supply store
