Smash burgers

3oz ground chuck patties and slider buns, onion. We ate em without any condiments or toppings, right off the blackstone.

When I ask my wife what she wants for dinner the answer is usually smash burgers

They look great and with some onion and seasoning on the beef no sauces needed. I gotta cheese mine though.

Looks great I had smash burgers tonight also. Grilled onions and jalapeños on mine with pepper jack cheese.
