We opted to go to the Casino yesterday for lunch, so did the burgers and brats today.

Brats were done the Wisconsin way (par cook in beer and onions).
Buns and brats were homemade. Used a Johnsonville clone recipe for the brats. Pretty decent.
Burgers were ground brisket.

Started to put the cheese on the burgers when realized I hadn't taken a picture.

Plate shot - pickles, onion slice, and tomato slice as toppings
Don't know what that bright white is on bottom of plate. Nothing physical, so refection I guess.

Nice cook ! Seems a lot of people were doing burgers and sausage for the 4th .

Thanks for the kind comments guys.

Forgot to mention the beans were ad hoc.
So, I took a can of pinto beans from the pantry, added some diced onion, Jeff's Golden Driller Sauce, and some S&P.
Would have added bell pepper, but didn't have any.
Taste pretty good.
