That looks great, Richie! Makes me want to pull a frozen hunk of smoked flat out of the freezer, but I still have T-day leftovers to deal with

Mmmmm... Nice and juicy brisket with a beautiful smoke ring, nice smoke Richie.
That looks so good right now, I'm drooling and I've still to eat dinner and for sure it'll pale in comparison.

Adam I bought Packers when I was in Ga. cut them into threes.Hardest thing for me to find is Tri tip Thanks for the Like I appreciate it.

That looks soo good. Brisket flat isn't easiest to smoke either You got your WSM dialed in for sure!

Aaron Thanks I cooked that one on the hotter side 260* I did have to finish in the oven.They were out of the stall but my temp was falling.Thanks for the point I appreciate it

Looks great Richie! Flats can be difficult.
You need a recliner in your smoke shack.
