I use 15mm collagen and sheep for sticks. Im pretty well versed on making things. Just not my way to soak natural casings in hot water.

U get natural casing and soak them in hot water. It comes out smooth and easy

The PEX doesn't work... the walls are too thick... The brass thin wall tubing works awesome...

This is similar to what we use. The only difference is the end of the tube is cut at a slant
