One of my favorite things to grill on charcoal are cevapi.

Normally I do 3:1 ratio of beef/lamb, but this time around it was 2:1.
Onion, garlik, spices, tip of tsp of baking soda. Mixing well and 2 hours in the fridge.

If you watch the video you can hear meat is 'singing' over coals.

Nice . I've had those myself . Good stuff . I coached soccor with a guy that was Boasnian . He used to spin a whole lamb , and grill these sausages when the season was over .

Very nice! I've been eyeballing these and also the Romanian mititei for a long time, just too lazy to make them for me and a dog.

I am posting translation here. This video uses beef only. If you like to add lamb just use 3:1 or 2:1 proportion of beef:lamb.
Ingredients for ćevapi:
1. 1100g beef from the neck and brisket
2. 2% salt
3. 0.3% black pepper
4. 0.3% baking soda
5. A little lemon juice
6. 100ml water
7. 50ml sparkling water
8. Half a head of garlic
9. Flatbread (Lepinje or Somuni)
10. Onions to taste
