As i sit here finishing my beer and bowl of petzels, the mes is finishing her thing. soft boiled eggs for 8 mins in boiling water. peeled em n into the freezer to harden up and cool off. 15-20 mins in there then rapped in jimmy dean n into the mes. was in HURRY so smoked @275 over apple. gave it a bit over 45 mins.
