Mother clucker hot pickle eggs.

Buffalo (hot) pickled eggs:
Ingredients:
•2 or more eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
•1/3 cup white distilled vinegar
•1 tablespoon Sugar/splenda/demura
•1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce

1. Place your hard-boiled eggs into an 8-ounce jelly jar. Double the recipe for larger batches
2. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, Splenda/sugar, Frank's Red Hot sauce,
(red/orange food coloring optional for more rich or enhanced colored eggs).
3. Pour vinegar mixture over eggs, filling jelly jar completely.
4. Seal jelly jar and place in the fridge. Let eggs rest for 1-2 weeks in the fridge, shaking gently every couple of days.
***Those that franks red hot doesn’t phase can add in spicier additives like Carolina reaper flakes or peppers, ghost peppers or flakes, chili peppers or flakes, or jalapeños. It’s a mild hot for those who are not spice tolerant to just use franks red hot or Buffalo sauce.

I got eggs in the water now

Only did 4 eggs as these were the oldest I have. Wife is going smash the rest for Sammies.

Looks like a good thing. I do like Franks on wings so why not eggs? It's time for a batch anyway.

I'm just starting to learn the basics of pickling eggs.
Thanks for the recipe.
