Has anyone ever frozen these after making? I just made 15 with some Fassets Breakfast sausage & Quail eggs

These were breaded and fried

Thank You

Richie

I suppose you could. Thaw and then deep fry to reheat?

I know that cooked egg whites when frozen turn rubbery. Yolks freeze good though.

Case I already deep fried them, the sausage I used was previously frozen.

Yeah I was thinking that frying might be the only way tonreheat without ruining them. Im afraid making them would make a mess.

Are yours fully hard boiled eggs, or soft boiled?

Fly them WestSouthWest about 100 miles & I'll test them for you!!

You can defrost and bake to reheat, but the eggs aren't real good after.
