Hi All, Well I just thought I'd say hi to everybody. I found this site a few weeks ago and decided to join up. My name is Ron, I've been smoking meats/ barbecuing for around 7 years. I have a modified Chargriller Pro , a Charcoal GOSM,and a newly purchased GOSM Big Block Gass'r which I have fallen in love with. I have an Eye of Round Roast on the GOSM gasser right now. I'm using mixture of Hickory and Apple and a generic Steak Rub. Thanx, Wilson
