Smoke daddy is the BEST

Hi I am a newbie on here and I am going to write my story. Back in 2022 a good friend of mine made a smoker for me from a commercial freezer. The smoking umit he put in ( I am not giving the manufacturer of it) would NOT heat it up to 160 degrees F. So I heard about the pellet pro found smoke daddy online and ordered it. That’s when I got in contact with Dennis and Dan. These 2 guys put up with me for over 2 years I can’t tell you how many emails and phone calls we had but every time they were cheerful and happy to help me. Gave me suggestions to try every time. These guys are great and to say the least great customer service. I am tying this because I feel FINALLY I have got my smoker working like I want it.

The do have some very nice equipment. Heard their customer service was great but only emailed to ask about how something fit. Seem like nice people.
