My one granddaughter always wants a juicy yoke don't know how she does it but no yoke all over her from the sammie.

Looks great. I eat a lot out of my freezer. My first thought was to make up a few of those and slip into freezer bags for a quick microwave breakfast. Like some here I like mustard, might have to also add just a very thin coat of horseradish sauce on one side to go with it.
