If you're like me (and why wouldn't you be?) you look at a lot of other cooking and food related websites. And if you're old like me , you might even kick it old school now and then and look at a book or magazine....but I digress. Foodwishes.com is a favorite of mine. Highly recommend.
Anyhow , there are a lot of recipes on here that translate well to the smoker or grill , and this is one of them. I have not tried this on my WSM yet but just as soon as old man winter lets go of my throat , I intend to. Here's the link to the video. NOT the tuna melt....the next one down.
