Sausage and cheese snack time!

It's rainy and yuck outside today, so I've been moping around the house trying to find something entertaining to do, thus far nothing has hit me, so I decided to raid the smoked stuff frig and see what I could snack on while I pondered my quandary.

Elk salami, pepperoni, sopressata, and some smoked habanero cheese...

The elk salami was sent to me from a SMF friend and it was amazing!

I love my hobbies, even when I can't actively be making something, I can eat some of it!

The cheese was dated 12/15, so it's quite "aged", almost crumbly... Any ideas on that one?

Was it frozen?   Sometimes frozen cheese get crumbly.

In that frig, that's a good possibility. I hooked up a temp alarm on it since it's been acting up a bit.... Didn't think about the freezing possibility

I can live on a plate like that! cured meats and cheeses would be my lunch of choice every day if I could!
