Been awhile since i posted,our youngest daughter is getting married in 3 weeks and once again things are hectic around here but since we're doing the rehersal supper our selfs so while i'm cooking for it i decided to take a few orders to boot and help pay for the cooking!! so i got 10 slabs and 16 butts rolling right now.

you got that right!! but i'm really just trying to cover the cost of the supper and it looks like that just got covered so it's all gravey!!!

thanks chev they all turned out great ,you know how sometimes a little piece accidentally breaks off??? course i call it quality control!! lol actually what didn't hit the freezer for the wedding was already sold except for 1 we had left over,and unfortunately we had church member's father pass away,so we packaged it up along with a bottle of our daddio's sauce and took it to them,funny how things like that work out,1 extra hhmmm....

or quality control which ever works for you.lol thanks guys it was a pile but it was all gone by this morning,except for what hit the freezer for the wedding.
