Its a beautiful day for smoking so I'm doing some St. Louis style ribs rubbed with john Henry's pecan rub and some of foams Cajun sausages He sent me his spice pack a while back. The sausage was for fresh but I added some cure#1 and smoked em. They turned out great. Going to throw them on the smoker in a while......... stay tuned

Meal looks Great! So good I think I'll have ribs and sausage today for lunch...... There is a bit of a nip in the air this morning, weatherman said it was just today and early this morning so I thought I'd get up and enjoy it.

Glad ya liked the sausage. I use that sausage in everything! Jambalaya, Poboys, gumbo, etc..... Its pretty good just off the pit too!

Great looking meal.
