Well here it is.
Putting together.
I must say that all the pieces were well marked. I did find the section that was a PITA was putting the support and the bottom tray on the legs. They should have made it put the supports and tray on first then attach the legs. But oh well I got it.
And you will need some help cuz this is heavy.
Ok here I go.
Getting ready for the legs.
Assembly should have taken about an hour and half but right here my wife said
"Hey"
I need you to go uptown for me. So 2 hours later I got to continue.
The supports and the bottom tray....PITA part.
Well marked pieces.
Drip tray. Even though I washed it off I could still feel some sticky stuff from packing. It will burn off.
Three grates.
Hopper
Side for the probes to go through.
Panel.
This is how they compare to the Traeger.
Fold down side table
Two probes and a extra fuse.
Grease drip pan.
Includes a heavy cover.
Almost ready to burn in.
Doing a burn in at 350* for an hour.
Normal temp swings that I ain't going to gripe about.
This must be the storage for the probes?
I taped the fuse there also.
And how bouts some Q-matz for the grates.
Brisket I will get to on Friday.
