Three months in waiting for the new scale to be delivered. For the wait they threw in a silicone trivet for free. It is a big upgrade from what I have now. My current one constantly turns off at the worst time, does not save the units, is not very accurate, it is hard to see the display with anything sitting on it. This one solves all those problems. It would not turn on when I first tried. I took the battery covers off and the display had a removable plastic piece to prevent contact stuck that could not see from the outside. After removing that it worked great. I had a couple of ounce and gram weights laying around I put on and it match exactly. Looking forward to many years of use.
