You could have just made some coconut charcoal or something!
That bagged coconut charcoal is expensive. Only seen it a couple places and its like $42 for 10lbs

Heh, I was meaning you making some to use...  I don't like it personally, the smoke makes me sneeze.
Dont know if i would use it on a regular basis. some of the brazilian bbq places use it.

I never had a stall in the 150s

Point IT @ 156*

Flat @ 153*

I just spun the rack around.

THAT... looks tasty already!

... now just a couple of chunks of citrus wood or charcoal from down thar... not too much.. <Mmmmm!>

Like you couldn't have found Kingsford somewhere just a few minutes away ;-)
No matter, it looks pretty good the way you're doing it!

Nope not that far, Just at times i dont like strapping my 9mm on just to go to wally.

Used my TSM Sausage smoker to do a brisket.

Not bad and just used plain saltNpepper.

No there is not a smoke ring because there was no wood Combustion. You could make one called a cheater smoke ring by using some MTQ with the black pepper rub.

Actually I can relate. I don't leave the house without a 38 Snub. Sad times...

Looks like a bunch of good sandwiches coming up!

Thanks

It was one long smoke for sure. Going to go get couple kingsford charcoal containers and keep em filled.

I'll take a sammie.
