Rotisserie pork steaks "vertically"

Just a little experiment, rotisserie baskets are so tiny I thought I'd try this way.  I used 1 1/2 pairs of the Octoforks and put one steak on each.  Served them with alfredo sauce...It was good!   Must try for sure.
