Since this thread has popped back up, a bit of an update.

We are just over a yr out from surgery, shoulder for the most part is pretty good. Dont have any aches or pains for the most part. It no longer aches after sleeping on it at nite now.

Shoulder hasnt fully regained all its strength, but Im 54, Im not out to body build.

The couple snows that needed attentioj we had here in SC, didnt bother it too much after shoveling.

The only thing I can no longer do, is throw overhand worth a damn, no umph, no accuracy, no nothing. Its better if I throw sidearm. Guess my career as an MLB pitcher is over, oh well.

Their was a lot of side arm guys in MLB. Lol
Glad your healed up.

Glad the pain is gone, had my surgery in about April or may of 24’ strength also isn’t there but at 64+ I will be ok, wife just had complete shoulder rebuild a week ago, going to be a long recovery for her . Getting old has a lot of aches and pains lol

Yah, Im not looking to be He-Man any longer either. As long as I can do dialy tasks, Im all good

Good luck to your wife

I haven't been able to throw overhand or sidearm since my 20's. I damaged my shoulders baling hay and just watch my my motion to avoid to go through surgery.
