  1. Glad to be here. I'm 70 years young, live in Ontario Canada and have been smoking various meats for several years. I'm still learning and really enjoy the quality advice form the members.  I just recently purchased a Bradley Smoker and after looking at the available "attachments" such as the "Cold Smoke" attachment, I decided to make my own and it turned out very good.  Made it from scrap wood and a dryer flex tube.  A bunjee cord holds it tightly to the unit.  The advantages with this: I get a full burn from the wood pucks.  They drop into a dry bowl where they continue to smoke until spent.  The adjustable door allows for heat control with the "adjuster" that fits into the holes, doubles as a bottle opener.  Love the craft brew while I'm smoking.!
