I grew up in the area I now live, and there is a little dive restaurant that is along what used to be one of the major highways, then time and progress passed it by with the building of new highways, but the place is still thriving.

If you ever get in NE TN, near Bristol (yes, NASCAR) you have to stop by, if you can get a table.
And, you can call them up and order a bottle of their sauce!
