Butt @ 194*. Ribs still have 2 more hours. It was a small butt so i kinda knew it wouldn't take long.
Butt is off. Probe said 202* @ one spot, next was 207*. Gonna let it rest for a bit, then try shredding it up. I also have a finishing sauce. Gonna try a few different sammys.
