Well...here's the conclusion. Glad I tried Al's method today as obviously if I had tried 3-2-1 on the fast cooking rack I would have had dry pulled pork. It was a tender juicy 201 probably among the juiciest ribs I have done. The second rack I got pulled right on time. Re-sauced and they were some mighty fine eating. Thanks for bringing this method to us SmokinAl. I will cook to IT from now on!!

Those look great! I got a couple racks going on the rotisserie tomorrow.
 
Thanks for the points!! Every time I fire up a smoker I learn something new lol. Will definitely be doing things a lil differently from now on.
