Tried my hand at making pretzels. These where surprisingly easy to make.

Than trying some unwrap ribs again. Set RecTec at 250 and added water pan. Used hickory pellets and chips in the tube. Left closed until the 4 hour mark. Sprayed and put a little more seasoning on.

At 5 hours temped 196 and passed toothpick test. These where really good and had great color. Think adding water pan is what helped with the smoke ring. I finished them up this morning and did not even need to heat. Thanks for the help on this one.

Good looking ribs! Glad you gave uncovered one more shot. Nice pretzels too...missing a cold one in the picture next to it though :emoji_wink:
