Looks awesome Chris!! The price of ribs this year has been insane. I finally scored spares for $1.79 / lbs a Kroger a few weeks back. Bought 7 for the freezer lol.

Thanks Jeff and for the like. Nice score on those spares. I'm glad I only have to feed two mouths now that the kids have grown up and moved out. If I were still feeding them I have to take a loan out.

Looks like a home run to me Chris, nice cook! Man that 26 has some real estate to cook on!

Appreciate the kind words and like Justin. Yeah even with the SnS taking up close to a 1/4 of the space it still has plenty of room for grub.

Beer or no beer that's one fine lookin' rack-o- ribs Chris, Like! Good job on keeping a eye out for the rug rat, plenty of time for a brewster or two while they are on their way back home. Of course when they're spending the night they are grandmas responsibility, I reckon. I've never made a lot of grandad points, kids always got all snotty when I'd plop the little rat on my lap and giving him a sip of Rolling Rock. I'd tell them it ain't my fault is he grows up to be a sissy. Haven't seen any of them in years now. I wonder why? RAY

Thanks Ray and for the like. This is my only grandchild and he's already spoiled. I have to brush up on my fish cooking, because all they eat is fish and veggies - no meat. Total bummer for me. He definitely keeps me young - the kid is like perpetual motion. Never stops.

Looks good Chris! Got to try smoked bologna soon.
Do you use water in your SnS?

Appreciate it Justin and for the like. Smoked bologna is real good to change things up. I think you'll enjoy it. I went waterless this time in the SnS and only filled it up halfway with coals. Just wanted to see how it went. It went well and the temps were easy to control. I did have to add some coals towards the end of the rib cook.

Sure looks good to me! Pretty soon that grandson be old enough to get ya a beer!

Ryan

Thanks Ryan, Not sure if the wife or DIL will like me training him to get me a beer, but we'll deal with that further on down the road. Appreciate the like and kindly words also.

JK. Not really. But I am. The Ribs look great! I have been wanting to do some too but not paying $4 a rack. Ridiculous! We all gonna be eating hot dogs and spam sandwiches before too long!
