Ribeye on My Weber “Q” (Early Dad’s Day)

This is gonna be the first one of that big batch of Standing Rib Roast I got back during Christmas Week.
The following is just what I got out of one of the two Big Roasts that day:
I got 2 Big Roasts, and divided them into Two nice Choice Prime Ribs, 10 nice Ribeye Steaks (Choice), and 4 pairs of Beef Dinos.
These all looked Awesome when I cut them up 6 months ago, so now I’ll get to see if it wasn’t just show!

So I started by marinating this Ribeye in some of the new stuff I got from Kelchners. All I ever got from them before was Horseradish, but now I got a bunch of new stuff (to me), and one was this “Pineapple Teriyaki” Marinade. The jury is still out, as I didn’t get much flavor from it. I think I might have to use it as more of a Glaze than a Marinade. I’ll figure it out.

There’s a bunch of Extras below, so I’ll just label what’s what in the captions above each Picture.

Enjoy the Pics,

Bear

Let's see what we can get out of $104 worth of Choice Beef:

First I cut the bones off of the roast, leaving some extra meat on the Dino Bones, for another time: (Dinos on the left)

Then I turned the Boneless roast into 10 nice Boneless Ribeye Steaks:

Fantastic piece of work there John, I should be able to give that two "Likes" for the dinner and breakfast. It'd be pretty easy to live with that view from your grill too! RAY

Beautiful, perfectly cooked steak edge to edge--no easy task over direct heat like that, great work! That breakfast plate is what dreams are made of, looks fantastic.

Man that looks good! Perfectly done! And that breakfast with the bacon looks awesome!

Looks awesome John! Good to see the grill out of hibernation! Happy Father's Day to you.

Thank You John!!
LOL---I had it out a week or more ago, turned the gas on, lit it & went in the house, like I always do to let it get real hot to clean it. Came out 10-15 Minutes later it was off---Ran out of Gas.
And Bear Jr wasn't home, so I had to crank up the Air Fryer, because I can't get the Tank up the stairs to my from porch. He swapped tanks for me when he got home. Good Son!!
And Thanks for the Like.

Bear, nice lookin' steaks from that roast!

And I love the grill grate on the Q, takes awhile to heat up but does a great job once it does.

Bothe meals look fantastic my friend!

BIG LIKE!

Nice!

Love my WeberQ1000.Best grill I've ever owned.

Thank You Norm!!
I love mine too!
The only thing I don't like about mine is the pipe configuration; One knob controls heat from the perimeter. The other knob controls a single pipe across the middle. There's no way to light half of the grill for something small. I'd rather it be split down the middle---One control for each side.
And Thanks for the Like.
