Damn, that looks KILL'ER!!!
I buy those big bags of frozen veggie's at Costco, they are a great side to any meal.
My favorite topping for them is 1- cup of wine, good Chardonnay reduced down to 1/4 cup, stirred into 2- cups of melted Velveeta Queso Blanco or Gruyere, or aged Swiss cheese.
