We had leftover Spaghetti, but Me and #1 son wasn't in the mood for Spaghetti again, and there was a couple of Rib Eyes in the fridge.
So we went with the Rid Eyes. Also had some Jalapeno / Cheddar Sausages so through them on too. #1 son wanted some Peppers and Onions for the steaks so he
whipped us up some.
We had a couple of big ole Jalapeno's so he went with them
Cut up some onions, jalapeno's a little garlic, seasoning, wine and butter.

My plate (Actually they were Identical)

I grilled up some chuck eyes. If y’all haven’t had them see if your local butcher can cut some for you. They’re sometimes called a poor mans ribeye, flavor is identical but the cost is usually half

Looks fantastic Gary . #1 had a pretty good idea there.
