Reverse Seared NY Strips with Potato Kugel

Hey all,

The wife requested a NY strip steak from the 1/2 beef we got on Wed. So, I decided to do the RS with the steaks !

Sooo, here we go !

Sprinkled with Tatonka Dust before smoking them at 160* for bout 45 min.

Thanks Adam, this is the first time we've had it....The wife picked up a mix at a local bargain store.... It's real good IMO ! Here's a link to the history & such.... We will be having it again for sure ! Thanks for dropping a line !
