Some things come out Great, but don't quite meet your expectations.
Some thing come out better than you hoped for.
You can either try to make them better, or if it's not worth the extra time, just don't do it that way again.
You won't know if you don't try it.

Thanks guys! Like I said, others may have better luck; I think this is really a higher heat cooking method too. Might be good for a stick burner really.
