Recently got a smoker, love it!

Hey guys,

My name is Erik, and I got a new smoker last Christmas from my wife.  Been having such a wonderful time smoking a wide variety of different things, from salmon to ribs, smoking meats just make them taste better!

I also have made a few videos highlighting some of my recipes. 

Looking forward to participating in some fun discussions on smoking!

Welcome! Nice to have you on the forum. What kind of smoker did you get?

I got a Smoke Hollow Pro Series 44" LP Gas Smoker.  I love it!  Very easy to maintain a steady temperature with propane gas, and I also love the trays to add more wood chips without opening the door of the smoker.  So far everything I have tried has come out delicious!

I also forgot to mention I currently live in southern California.  Glad to be hear to share recipes and get more experience with smoking, my new favorite hobby for sure!

Very nice! Smoked food is addicting for sure. Sometimes actually doing the cooking is "almost" as good as the eating. Looking forward to seeing some of your cooks!
