I seen this Head Country Premium Marinade on Amazon and since I love Head Country BBQ sauce I had to try it. Started marinading in the morning. Grilled on my Old Weber Silver B. Sometimes that thing gets to hot. I like most my Pork Steaks medium. I did 4 minutes on one side and 90 seconds on the other. The grill was screaming hot. They came out more well done but was still juicy and tender. The taste was like nothing I have had before. I think I liked it as I ate the whole thing. Made some fried cabbage and Mexican corn to go with it.

Dang Brian we could eat together just fine. That all makes me hungry. I’m making Navajo tacos tonight. You would love those.

Looks good Brian .

Damn ,,, I do 4 hours . Lol .
That quick cook like that on a pork steak is good . I also do a hard sear in a cast iron skillet , then oven finish .
If you end up cutting some like we talked about , slice about a 2 " slab , and do the cast iron sear , oven finish at 325 to an IT of 180 ish .

nice char!!! i love a good charred pork steak.
Thanks. That old weber put a char on anything. Its got to be 30 years old now and still works great.

Thanks Rich. I think the reason I have trouble with those longer cooks is they to thin. I love these grilled ones. I have done Jeff's, jcam222 jcam222 several times now with that jerk coconut. Talk about a good pork steak.
