PP no sauce or rub, just plain old hickory smoked butt. 90/10 GB so i added some fat so the PP dont zap the moisture.
I just eyed everything meat wise. 2 T owens bbq SS mix, just a tad over 1/4 tsp cure 1.

Couple presses on the handle.
Ready for the GB, PP & fat cut.
Using Owbbq SS mix.
Mixed and just under 1T water. In the fridge lastnight
Hand stuffed this morning.
Had to use old betsy 1 & 2. Chub is 1 1/4lb. No heating the smoker.
