I was going to do spares today but the wife said PP sounded better. Now she gets upset at me because usually when I do PP its for a event so she doesn't get it as often as she wants so I was like ok no problem.

Put 2 shoulders in this morning before 7am. Coated with rub and smoked with hickory.

2 Hours in.

Pulled them at 4pm. I did spritz every few hours. Foiled at 164.

I also made beans but didnt have them on the plate when I snapped the picture. The rolls in the picture were made by the Mrs. I didnt get a picture of the Toll House Pie that she made. That went really quick.

All in all a great day. Thanks for looking.
