Took a pork roast, seasoned it up last night and put in smoker for 8 hrs at 275F using maple wood chips.

Quite yummy. Didn't need bbq sauce.

Yes, my wife was wearing the appropriate t-shirt. :D

A question: I had a picture of the roast after 8hrs in the smoker and no matter how small I make the file, it won't upload. Tech assistance please!

Are you using a computer or a phone to connect to the forum?

If your using a computer. When you plug your camera into the computer. Open up the photo gallery software and just drag the picture to where you want it to show up in your thread.

I don't own a cell phone so I don't know if the above will work the same way.

The PP looks really good BTW.

THanks. The weird part is the phots that show are from my wife. We have identical phones.
Only an issue posting here. Ah. well, the pulled pork was tasty.
