this way.  I have never smoked anything so everything will be new to me.  I have a Brinkmann smoker.

I'm from Portland Indiana. I run a one man automotive restoration shop. I'm a Viet Nam vet.  I have a strange hobby

of collecting and shaving with straight razors.  Like everyone else who is on this forum I like good food.  My intent is

to expand the good food horizons as far as possible.
