Well decided to bookend the end of spring break with a matching surf and turf aka ribeye & prawns, garnished with red wine demi Bella’s, braised greens & roasted bacon spuds.....

Skipped breakfast and will be skipping dinner after this celebration of flavors!

I will confess that I cheated and used the Weber gas grill with grill grates......still tasted sweet though, and didn’t want to build a fire in the rain!
