I cooked up my first prime rib yesterday. I just got my amnps and this was my first smoke with that, and my modded MES 30. The prime got done pretty quickly, thank God I proped it at 2 becouse by 3:30 it was at 133° IT. I wrapped it and let it rest, she coasted to 138° and I sliced it up. Man it was good. First time smoked prime!

 
Thanks guys! It was a hit. All the leftovers are gone, I think it tasted better today, lol. I also did corn on the cob in the grill. So good.

Thanks Bear. I'm glad I went on instinct and Probed at 2 pm. Was already almost done. Thank you so much for the step by step. I use all the advice as a starting point and go by my gut. No 2 pieces of meat cook the same.
