AL posted the pic of his PR Friday, It looked so good I took my last 5 lb er out of the freezer and let it thaw in the fridge until Sunday.

    Rinsed and patted dry

    Rubbed with SPOG

Smoked at 225º with Kingsford BB and pecan.

I probed after 2 hrs, the IT was 111º

Threw on some asparagus wrapped with some bacon me and my buddy Craig (fpnmf) made, Yummmmmy!

Some twice smoked potatoes with shredded Fiesta Blend cheese.

Pulled at 137º and rested under foil for 30 Min's.

Sliced at 140º IT with some Bear View

I think I need a bigger plate [IMG]

It was a very nice Sunday dinner,

Thanks for checking out my Qview.

Thanks rp, I rubbed the taters with EVOO and wrapped in foil. Then placed on the smoker till tender.

Then sliced in ½ and pulled the meat out and smashed in a bowl with S&P, butter, minced garlic, sour cream, and Ranch dressing.

Placed back in the skins and covered with cheese.

Smoked for about a ½hr or till the cheese is melted.

(I'm thinking of incorporating some bacon into the mix next time)

    They are very tasty.

Excellent job!  Thanks for adding the corn.  Dry the cobs in the sun and they are great to smoke with.

    Good luck and good smoking.
