I picked up this nice 5 lb Prime Rib on sale today 



I put it on the WSM today at about noon @ 235 deg over hickory wood smoke.


About 2 hours in with an IT of 96 deg.


And the finished product 



Man it was good. 
 
It looks good too.

I already commented once on how good that looks, but I feel like I need to say it again, "Wow. that looks good."
 
looks very tasty !

I have yet to try a prime rib on smoker. I believe it's time!
