Another Prime Rib Today

I decided to smoke another PR today for my # 2 son and his wife

Same as yesterday, scored, seasoned, wrapped and in the fridge overnight.

10:45 AM  I pulled it out of the fridge, unwrapped it and on the counter for a bit

Got it on the smoker at 12:00 Noon

Temp was a steady 225º let it go for a couple of hours then cut the temp back to 200º

Here are a few Pics

Nice 3 bone

Scored and ready to season

Seasoned up, ready to wrap and in the Fridge

Out of the Fridge and ready to be smoked

Looks great, Gary. If you cook these for your son, have you ever considered adopting a fat old Canadian?
