Been along time since I made pulled pork.

Got a 2 pack out of the freezer. I buy butts my the case.

Cut almost all the fat off.

Seasoned last night with BB butt rub.

Put it on my mini at 8 am running 250ish.At bout 3pm it was at 170 so I foiled it to get it done. I never foiled a butt before.

Pulled off at 6 pm. That's what? 10 hours, this is what's left. Used trader Joe's charcoal. Love it.

Bone slide right out. Look at all that juice.

Oh yea. Forgot the nachos.

I still love using the mini. Best set it and forget it charcoal cooker you can build.

Yeah, those look really good! Looks like some killer smoke got to it well before the foil too!

Thanks. It got 6 hours of kiawe wood smoke before the foil. I hated to foil it but it turned out good.

Oh man, now I'm craving PP nachos real bad ! Nice cook buddy !

Thanks Justin. Been a long time since I used my mini and cooked a butt. Been busy curing.
Wow Adam! the PP and Nacho's look fantastic, the weather has been like Antarctica here and I have been living in my little moldy curing world too. I almost forgot what a good PP butt looks like, thanks for reminding me.

I have a couple in the freezer, I am going to rustle one out for next weekends football games.

Very nice sir!

We can't forget where we started. Smoking. I got a hankering for PP.

Thanks.

That looks like it came out from a house fire. Let's see what you did wrong.

Kidding ofcourse.

I had a big PP dinner, yet those nachos give my salivary glands a workout. Wiggling the bone out must be one of the greatest feelings.

Set it and forget it? Dude I need to ask you some questions, my charcoal cooking is never like that.

Set it and forget it! Love my mini! Pp nachos look delicious Adam! I built my mini 5 years ago and wouldn't trade it for nothing!

Points!!

Wow Adam! I would kill that platter myself. This is the worst place ever to spend your time when you are trying to limit how much you are eating haha. Points for sure!

Thanks. I ate half and my wife ate the other half.

My wife's half looked better than mine.
